----- Florida ---------------

This is actually my first page for Florida. I will add more places, and I do have many more to add. I just need time to do it, that's all.

This weekend was my last hurrah for Shari Sushi, my friends restaurant. I had dinner with Jennifer, Josh, Jonathan, Euridis, Lasheena, Mildred and Junior. We had a great dinner, and then some of us split off and left to dance bachata. Dancing was great as the girls with us already know to dance bachata.

The second reason for my orlando trip was to visit the Epcot Wine and Food fest. I love this yearly event as you can sample foods from all over the world. We visited New Zealand, Canada, Argentina, USA, Spain and France. I missed Ireland that was serving chocolate lava cakes, and I heard they were delicious. The sleeper hit though was Canada! I did not expect Canada to be the best. They had a chipotle sausage in a creamy polenta. It was amazing!

We also stopped by to watch the Jon Secada concert in front of the American Pavilion. He did a good show. It had been a long time since I had heard of many of these songs. Brings back memories. Our day over all was great except for poor Zoila getting sick on the Space ride. The combination of G forces and cramped quarters can make it a rough ride. When they said it was more extreme, they weren't kidding. I could feel my skin being pulled back. Definately a word of caution to the claustrophobic and those prone to motion sickness.
